In an article entitled DEFECTIVE PRICING AUDITS: Three Novel Negotiation Strategies To Protect Against DCAA Overreaching published in the Nash & Cibinic Report, Volume 36, February 2022, the author article addresses three novel negotiation strategies (NNS) to protect contractors should they encounter DCAA assertions of defective pricing. In this Online Training (OLT) course, we discuss the Government's position on these strategies.
