This online training course (OLT) provides an overview of DoD's policy, guidance, and application of Product Support Business Case Analyses (BCAs), including the structure, format, process, and methodology. In addition, the course addresses the application of Product Support BCAs to support best value selection of weapon system product support strategies using performance-based logistics.
