Description |
This course reinforces important legal and ethics standards governing interactions between Government and DoD contractor personnel. Areas of concentration include gifts from contractors, reporting program information, procurement sensitive and other non-public information, the Procurement Integrity Act, seeking employment and post-Government employment restrictions, and ethical problems that can arise when both Government and contractor personnel work on common goals as a single team. In this training professionals will make ethical choices when confronted with an ethical dilemma.
