ALD 0070 Growing as an Acquisition Leader
The most powerful thing we can do as a leader is to be conscious of how we think, act, and interact with others and the world around us. We have a fundamental choice to make, we can either treat problems as lemons or we can choose to make lemonade. The choice we make will have a powerful effect on our perspective, our team, our organization, and how we grow as an acquisition leader. This micro course provides an opportunity to explore the value in adopting an outcome orientation that allows you to create your own future rather than focusing on a problem orientation that frequently results in the perpetuation of dysfunctional behaviors. You will also learn how to make the shift from the Drama Triangle reactive roles of victim, persecutor and rescuer to The Empowerment Dynamic creative roles of creator, teacher/challenger, and coach.
