Description |
This online (OLT) course provides foundational learning to Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Industrial Specialists and Industrial Engineers with specific education on contract receipt and review, risk assessment, surveillance planning, and surveillance execution. The course integrates the Manufacturing and Production (M&P) surveillance requirements from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) with DCMA multifunctional surveillance approaches derived from current policies. The course focus on the primary business capabilities of contractor effectiveness and contract maintenance. Through scenario-based examples, the course leads students through developing, documenting, and executing a surveillance plan, and analyzing and recording the surveillance results.
