This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the role of the supervisor and the leadership skills needed to be effective in leading a team or organization. The workshop will be more of a practitioner's class with extensive discussion on how to put the policies into practice, discussion of real life examples, methods for dealing with different situations, and identification of tools that can help you in your role as a supervisor.
