This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the role of the supervisor and the leadership skills needed to be effective in leading a team or organization. The workshop will be more of a practitioner's class with extensive discussion on how to put the policies into practice, discussion of real-life examples, methods for dealing with different situations, and identification of tools that can help you in your role as a supervisor.
