 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course addresses Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and applicable contracting principles and practices so the learner understands how the Life Cycle Logistician and Contracting Officer can best work together to ensure the effective use of PBL. It provides a foundation on the basic support, contracting concepts, and business practices inherent in developing and implementing PBL arrangements.
