ALD 0010 Mastering the Strategic Moment
 Description
Two of the most valuable commodities of today's Defense Acquisition leaders are time and attention. Both are hard to come by, and competition for them is fierce. With an endless stream of meetings, plans, and taskers, it seems as if we have little control over what happens to us. That's the bad news; the good news is we can learn to manage our time and focus our attention in ways that open up space. This course provides tools to help you deliberately choose how and where to direct your attention and how to strategically manage your time so you can better manage your workload.

This is an Online Training (OLT) course. MOSAIC is the only self-paced leader development program developed exclusively for Defense Acquisition professionals. All courses provide leadership learning and development opportunities specifically tailored by DoD subject matter experts in all functional disciplines to address Defense Acquisition problems within a Defense Acquisition setting.
