This Virtual Instructor-Led Training course introduces the analyst to the proper steps for developing logical and defensible cost estimating relationships (CERs). Using guidance and examples from across industry and government, the learner will become conversational in linear, nonlinear, and multiple regression applications for both cost and price analysis. Learners will employ a variety of Excel visual and analytical tools and templates in their analysis and learn to interpret the information regardless of the format. A commonsense approach from selecting cost drivers to evaluating goodness of fit, and a revealing look at outlier analysis.
