This virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course provides learners with a practitioner level of content focusing on the technical perspective of contracting. Topics covered include:
- Developing broad technology objectives when contributing to technology development instruments such as Broad Agency Announcements, SBIRs, CRADAs, and grants
- Providing written technical requirements and technical evaluation criteria when contributing to the creation of acquisition planning documents
- Providing technical guidance for post award activities such as Quality Assurance Letters of Instruction, Delegations and the monitoring of contractor performance
