ETM 2090V Technical Perspective on Defense Contracting for Practitioners
 Description
This virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course provides learners with a practitioner level of content focusing on the technical perspective of contracting. Topics covered include:
  1. Developing broad technology objectives when contributing to technology development instruments such as Broad Agency Announcements, SBIRs, CRADAs, and grants
  2. Providing written technical requirements and technical evaluation criteria when contributing to the creation of acquisition planning documents
  3. Providing technical guidance for post award activities such as Quality Assurance Letters of Instruction, Delegations and the monitoring of contractor performance
