Description |
This classroom (CLRM) course builds on previous program management courses. By focusing on the knowledge and skill requirements of upper mid-level and more senior leadership positions in a program office, the student’s analysis, synthesis, and evaluative skills are exercised to help these become more effective when occupying these leadership positions in a program office. Students completing this course are expected to be effective leaders in program offices at the upper mid and senior level positions while serving in program management positions.
