 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course provides an integrated overview of Leadership and Organizational concepts used to organize Integrated Product Team (IPT) to manage an acquisition program, and how interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills apply to leading an IPT in managing an acquisition program.
