Recommended Prerequisites: Schedule: CON 1300V is comprised of 6 units of instruction. These units are either virtual instructor-led (VILT) sessions or self-paced learning activities. Total estimated training is 41 hours (21 hours live instruction & 20 hours self-paced), broken down as follows:
  • Week 1: Total training time, 17 hours (10 hours VILT, 7 hours self-paced) broken out as follows:
    • VILT session (Unit 1, Introduction to CON 1300V), 2 hours
    • VILT session (Unit 2, Cost or Price Analysis), 8 hours over 2 days
    • Learner self-paced (Unit 2, Cost or Price Analysis), 7 hours
  • Week 2: Total training time, 7 hours self-paced broken out as follows:
    • Learner self-paced (Unit 3, Plan Negotiations), 3 hours
    • Learner self-paced (Unit 4, Select Source), 4 hours
  • Week 3: Total training time, 9 hours (5 hours VILT, 4 hours self-paced) broken out as follows:
    • VILT session (Unit 4, Select Source), 5 hours
    • Learner self-paced (Unit 4, Select Source), 4 hours
  • Week 4: Total training time, 7.5 hours (6 hours VILT, 1.5 hours self-paced) broken out as follows:
    • VILT session (Unit 6, Case Study), 6 hours
    • Learner self-paced, 1.5 hours

  • Virtual classes are conducted via MS Teams.
  • Students are required to test connectivity with DAU IT prior to the class start date.
  • DAU does not reimburse student phone/internet charges.
