ACQ 0040 Ethics Training
 Description
This course IS NOT A REPLACEMENT OF CLM003/ACQ 0030, Overview of Acquisition Ethics. ACQ 0040 provides alternate ethics training for the DoD acquisition workforce as needed. ACQ 0040 is much shorter than CLM003. ACQ 0040 is about an hour long and focuses training in areas of conflicts of interest, gifts, procurement sensitive and other non-public information, seeking employment and post-Government employment restrictions, and other topics relevant to ethical decision-making. Members of the acquisition workforce may use ACQ 0040 as a substitute for their agency’s ethics training if approved by their agency.
