 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course provides an introductory overview of Operational Contract Support (OCS); synchronizing, awarding, and managing contracts in an operational setting. The course is applicable whenever DoD conducts business with vendors an operational setting. It covers the roles and responsibilities of the government related to planning for and managing contractors in an operational setting.
