This Online Training (OLT) course provides guidance on the twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements reflected in the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook and the Integrated Product Support Elements Guidebook. It defines the 12 IPS Elements, their purpose and how they are developed, integrated and implemented throughout the life cycle. It also gives an introduction to the IPS Elements Guidebook and how to apply it to product support.
