This Online Training (OLT) course focuses on appropriations and associated funding policies. At the end of the course, you should be able to relate a Defense acquisition program's cost estimate to its programming and budgeting requirements, identify the major appropriation categories applicable to Defense acquisition and the funding policy that applies to each, and recognize when exceptions to funding policies are appropriate.
