Is your organization attempting an enterprise-level change initiative? Most organizations are challenged to change at some point and, while the key elements may seem simple enough to understand, building an executable change strategy and closing the knowing-to-doing gap is more complex.
This workshop is designed help intact teams develop/refine their change management strategy of their desired initiative. This workshop employs the Experience Point’s Experience Change Simulation, also used by The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, so the team experiences a change situation in an accelerated scenario. After the simulation, the team is guided through the step-by-step development of their initial change management strategy.
Highly recommended for organizations undergoing an agile transformation, transitioning from a waterfall culture to an agile culture.

- Organizations will be required to participate in Workshop Planning prior to the actual Workshop. Organizations will be asked to answer the following to begin Workshop Planning:

- What are your Challenges?
- What does your organization envision as successful change?
- What are your goals?
- Depending on desired Workshop duration, additional pre-work may be required.
- For intact teams, intact team must commit to fulfill prerequisites, any pre-work, and full workshop attendance.
