This Online Training (OLT) course covers foundational aspects of plant clearance. The course provides a working knowledge of plant clearance, the plant clearance case process, disposal methods of excess and surplus contract government property, and completion of the disposal process. Students should be aware that CMC 151 was developed for DCMA and uses DCMA document templates. Class instruction concentrates upon FAR and DFARS principles which apply across all services.
