This interactive course highlights the military contribution of a commercially owned U.S. flag Merchant Marine and provides specific examples and illustrations regarding how the transportation of supplies by sea regulations work on a day to day basis. The course helps to facilitate the use of U.S. ships by DOD as critical elements of our national defense strategy.

All exams in this course must be passed with a minimum score of 80%. You will have 2 opportunities to retake an exam in its entirety. After a 3rd failure, you will automatically be restarted in the course.
