Description |
This online training will explain program management challenges which are unique to software reliant programs. This online training discusses developing and managing requirements, constructing acquisition strategies, funding and contracting considerations, software development methodologies, cybersecurity design considerations, testing, measurement tools, fielding, and sustainment strategies. Upon the completion of the course, students will have a strong understanding of the unique aspects of software reliant systems in DoD acquisition and be able to apply related experienced-based considerations, best practices, lessons learned, and rules of thumb to improve the success of these programs.
