This Online Training (OLT) course describes the concepts put forth in DOD’s Risk, Opportunities and Issues Guide for Department of Defense Acquisition Programs (2017). Emphasis is on defining risk, opportunities and issues; recognizing risk to costs, schedule and performance in the Facilities Engineering field; controlling risk and responsibilities of the product delivery team.
