Description
Determining profit or fee involves rewarding the contractor for performance and acceptance of risk. But what is a reasonable profit or fee for a given contract? Different individuals' perspectives may vary substantially on this question. That is why proper use of the structured approach required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation is so important.
