Professionals taking this course will gain hands-on integrated program management skills. Working as members of an integrated product team for a large acquisition program, participants will experience Earned Value Management (EVM)-related processes associated acquisition strategy development, risk management, Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), and analysis during program execution.

  • Fundamentals of EV module 1 – Basics
  • Fundamentals of EV module 2 – PMB
  • Fundamentals of EV module 3 – Reports
  • Fundamentals of EV module 4 – EAC
  • Fundamentals of EV module 5 – Baseline Maintenance

    There is also a voluntary self-assessment that will be provided to the student.
