This course focuses on the application of DoD policies, concepts, and best practices for the management and acquisition of Information Technology/Software systems. Videos, exercises, lectures, and group discussion are used to cover topics ranging from strategic planning, cybersecurity, architectures, cloud computing, requirements management, cost estimation, measurements, software development (including Agile development), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), quality, test & evaluation and software sustainment, among other areas.
