Description
RETIRED ON 4 MAY 2020. This course provides acquisition professionals the tools and skills necessary to be program leaders and change agents within their organizations. Using the latest acquisition guidance and proven educational practices, students develop a self-identified plan for change and implementation framework as a course deliverable. The “how to” nature of the course will allow students to immediately put into practice the skills and tools presented for better acquisition outcomes in their respective organizations. PMT 400 themes include Parallel and Lateral Critical Thinking techniques, program management best practices, individual self-awareness, reflection and lifelong learning.
