Description
Retired and replaced by PMT 2570V 5 November 2021. This virtual instructor led (VILT) course provides application skills needed in a program office as an integrated product team lead. It is a follow-on course to Program Management Tools, Part I and is designed to enhance journeyman-level skills. This course prepares defense acquisition professionals for work in the Program Offices and for the Level III Program Management required training.

This course is designed for military officers O-3 through O-4, and civilians, GS-12 through GS-13, in the Program Management career field.

  • Students are required to remotely participate in virtual meetings beginning at 8:00 am and lasting as late as 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday. Class normally ends around 2:30 pm on Friday. All times are in the local time zone of the DAU region assigned to teach the offering.
  • Virtual meetings are conducted via MS Teams for Education with integrated audio/video and organizational email.
  • DSN connections are not supported; DAU does not reimburse student phone/internet charges.
  • Students should not schedule themselves for any other work-related activity while participating in this class.
  • Pre-work must be completed not later than the Thursday prior to the class start date.
  • Official registration closes on the Tuesday prior to the class start date.
