Description
This is an Online Training (OLT) course. How can you become an effective and inspiring leader? Begin by defining your values and vision, and deepening your self-management skills. Then learn how to create the conditions for others to succeed—even when your team isn’t working in the same physical space. You will learn to:
  • Deepen your understanding of what an effective leader does—and doesn’t—do.
  • Identify what you value as a leader and the vision you’re working to achieve.
  • Accomplish results by managing your emotions and by cultivating positive relationships.
  • Build mutual trust and take steps to restore trust if it’s been broken.
  • Create an inclusive environment in which everyone can perform at their best and grow in their role.
  • Help your team connect and collaborate, even when everyone isn’t in the same place.
