Description
This is an Online Training (OLT) course. As a manager, you are in a powerful position to create an environment where people can thrive, knowing that they truly belong and the differences they bring are welcome. Discover why diversity is an essential component of a successful team—and what you can do to foster inclusion and belonging in your organization. You will learn to:
  • Sharpen your awareness of what diversity is, why it matters, and how to have more courageous conversations about it.
  • Interrupt bias in hiring, managing, and developing your team.
  • Cultivate an inclusive team environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and heard.
  • Be an advocate for your team members, enabling them to feel safe enough to bring their whole selves to work.
