This is a Boston University (BU) course provided via DAU with BU professors. Strategic Portfolio & Program Management is an essential component to successful portfolio building and program management. This multidisciplinary program, developed and delivered by BU faculty, develops a naturally innovative program management mindset. The course will focus on creating and prioritizing a realistic program portfolio that aligns with the organization’s most important goals. We will use the transparency of project data and real-time scenario planning to fuel alignment across teams and drive business outcomes.
