Description
Price Analysis is a (5) day virtual instructor led training (VILT) course. The first three days of this course are self paced; with a workbook guiding the student through simulations, videos, readings, and exercises. Day four is instructor led; walking the student through individual and group activities to perform and apply their learning. Day five will challenge students to demonstrate their ability to perform price analysis during a graded capstone exercise.

Broader: Contracting personnel in a diverse environment that utilize all proposal analysis techniques while performing their contract pricing work.

Notes
  • The Pre-course lesson should be completed before Day 1, but students must complete the lesson by 11:59 EST on Day 3 to remain in the course.
  • Student can attend an optional “live” office hour to interact with their instructor and gain a better understanding of the material during each of the self-paced days.
  • Virtual classes are conducted via MS Teams.
  • Students are required to test connectivity with DAU IT prior to the class start date.
  • DAU does not reimburse student phone/internet charges.
  • Day 1 – Day 3 lessons are self-paced. Students are encouraged to complete these lessons on the days they are assigned. But failure to complete the pre-course lesson and any of these self-paced lessons by 11:59 on Day 3, will result in removal from the course.
  • Days 4 & 5 are Instructor led training days and attendance is required to pass the course.
  • Students scoring below 80% on the assessment will be required to attend an additional session the afternoon of Day 5.
