Acquisition workforce members from any DoD field background. Every Acquisition workforce member is expected to uphold certain ethical standard of performance in their field.

This course is intended for those who are unable to attend ethics training offered by their agency. It is incumbent on students to ascertain from their ethics official whether ACQ 0040 will be accepted in lieu of their agency training.
