Description
This virtual instructor led training (VILT) course focuses on the application of DoD policies, concepts, and best practices for the management and acquisition of Information Technology/Software systems. Videos, exercises, lectures, and group discussion are used to cover topics ranging from strategic planning, cybersecurity, architectures, cloud computing, requirements management, cost estimation, measurements, software development (including Agile development), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), quality, test & evaluation and software sustainment, among other areas.

Individuals seeking Level II IT career field certification as well as for acquisition workforce personnel and industry equivalents that require an understanding of the management and acquisition of information systems within DoD.
