Description
RETIRED 15 MARCH 2022.

The DoD continues to strive to improve the quality and value of the capability delivered to the warfighter. The Lean-Agile Transformation Workshop is designed to support Cross-Functional, In-tact Teams who are looking for assistance in establishing such an environment. While foundation training in lean and agile concepts is available, such training is used as a means to helping the Team apply the concepts to their transformational strategy and achieving that transformation. These workshops are built on the belief that Agility is domain-agnostic (i.e. can be applied to hardware, software, operations, services, etc.) Clients will be engaged actively to tailor their workshop needs and encouraged to consider follow-on coaching methods to further mature their transformation. (This workshop was formerly identified as WSE 024)

Critical Behaviors: Upon completion, participants can expect the following critical performance behaviors to result from this workshop:
  • Apply the Lean-Agile Principles to DoD acquisition challenges
