In this module, the learner will take an active role in applying critical thinking skills necessary in developing the requirements for large projects. Requirements development will be addressed from multiple perspectives (e.g., achieving operational goals, writing requirements into contracts, the ability to monitor requirements after award, flexibility, and level of detail).
