This course is for new DCMA employees to Contract Administration Services (CAS) for DoD Acquisition and is strategically aligned with the DCMA Business Capabilities Framework (BCF). New functional specialists are provided foundational knowledge required to support the DCMA mission as part of a multifunctional team. Included in this course is: Multifunctional Team Support of the DCMA Mission; Prior-to-Award Activities; Contract Receipt and Review (CRR); DCMA Surveillance; and Contract Closeout.

  • 17-hours of virtual learning and performance support in the form of collaboration, facilitated discussions, communities of practice, performance/job support tools and resources. During the OLT attendance, students are required to participate in and complete virtual coursework that is integral to their learning/performance outcomes and orientation to DCMA.
  • All exams in this course must be passed with a minimum score of 80%. You will have 2 opportunities to retake an exam in its entirety. After a 3rd failure, you will automatically be restarted in the course.
  • There is no time limit for completing this course.
