Description
This interactive course provides important background on the essential nature of maintaining a U.S.-flag merchant fleet. It also provides a brief overview of the U.S.-flag cargo vessel use requirements and their legal and regulatory foundation.

Contracting officers charged with DFARS contract clause management and others interested in regulations pertaining to the transport of cargo by sea.
