This course provides an overview of the acquisition team and the program lifecycle, explains the roles and responsibilities of the primary members of the acquisition team (Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and Program/Project Manager). It also discusses the impact of decisions made by the various acquisition team members and the use of effective communication in a collaborative environment.
Target Attendees
The course is designed for Federal Program/Project Managers, Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
