The successful use of contract financing, specifically Performance Based Payments, requires a comprehensive team approach. This workshop will bring together members of the acquisition team, including contracting, program management, quality assurance, and financial management to evaluate and establish an effective financing structure. The workshop explores the background of Performance Based Payments to help understand the current policy and takes the team through multiple, interactive steps to better understand the entire process.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Performance Based Payments
  • Develop a Performance Based Payment structure that is mutually beneficial to the Government and the Contractor
  • Learn how to conduct Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return analysis with the DoD PBP Analysis tool

    This workshop is targeted at the entire acquisition team, including contracting, program management, quality assurance, and financial management. The workshop may be targeted towards a single program office team, or it may be conducted with any mix of acquisition team members.
