THIS COURSE RETIRED AND REPLACED BY CMC 1500 ON 24 FEBRUARY 2023.
This Online Training (OLT) course covers foundational aspects of contract terminations. Specifically, this course provides a working knowledge of the types of terminations, causes for termination, the termination process and handling the settlement contracts in the best interest of the Government.
