The Defense Business Systems (DBS) for Financial Management (FM) credential is a cross-functional, general-purpose review of the tenets and principles of DBS and FM systems. Learners will be introduced to the standards, laws, and component FM systems with respect to appropriations, fiscal law, oversight, and other aspects of DBS. This credential benefits learners with little to no experience with DBS and serves as a refresher for acquisition professionals.
