Description
The Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T) Credential brings together 7 on-line training (OLT) courses and supporting resources to offer a comprehensive overview of DoD packaging, handling, storage and transportation performance and management. It is designed to provide learners an overarching understanding of the life cycle logistician’s responsibilities for ensuring PHS&T requirements are integrated into the system design and the supporting infrastructure is in place to protect and preserve military material during delivery, storage, and transportation to the user. The PHS&T Credential provides both a technical foundation for the proper performance of PHS&T and a management perspective to effectively engage and oversee the numerous stakeholders involved in PHS&T activities. A summative examination must be completed to demonstrate learning.
