This credential primarily focuses on contracting for architect-engineers and covers foundational and regulatory issues from acquisition planning through source selection, proposal analysis, development of indirect rates, contractor overhead rates, the slate and selection process, government estimates, contract award, allowable and reasonable costs, modifications, and contracting officer’s technical representative responsibilities and more.

DAWIA level I certified in Contracting and are assigned contracting responsibilities for architect-engineer contracts
