Description
This online training (OLT) focuses on the lean concepts most applicable to manufacturing and the management of industrial facilities. It addresses the five fundamental Lean principles; Lean value streams; Lean metrics; identifying manufacturing and information waste within an enterprise; and techniques for implementing Lean beyond the factory floor to include value stream analysis and mapping.Target Attendees
