ACQ 3150 Defense Industry Incentives
 Description
Defense Industry Incentives is one of a series of courses to provide understanding of the defense industry and business acumen. This Online Training (OLT) course focuses on the incentives that motivate the Defense Industry. Although this course has no prerequisites, its topics do overlap with those in ACQ 3120, Defense Industry Strategy and ACQ 3130, Defense Industry Finance. Defense companies understand that they need to motivate people in ways that support their strategic plans for growth and profitability. Industry’s Challenge: ?gure out how to inspire desirable employee behavior and action at ALL levels of the company. What works at one level won’t necessarily work at other levels. Government’s Challenge: ?gure out how to motivate its contractors to behave in the best interest of the Government.
