SWE 0025 Iteration & Release Retrospective
 Description
This Online Training (OLT) micro-course describes iteration/release retrospectives. Retrospectives are meetings that takes place at the end of the iteration. This meeting is where Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) is executed with the Program. With the participation of all the agile team members (product owner, team facilitator and the development team) an inspection is done to determine how well the iteration was executed with regards to quality and effectiveness in order to discover better ways of performing future iterations. Iteration and release retrospectives are time-boxed events and the duration of the meeting vary according to the duration of the iteration.
