 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course introduces the Request for Proposal (“RFP”), a document used in negotiated acquisitions to communicate the Government’s requirements to prospective contractors and to solicit proposals. This course discusses key data acquisition sections of the RFP and the importance of communicating with industry regarding data and data rights, including using Industry Day.
