BFM 0020 Program Execution
 Description
Program Execution describes the budget execution process, including the legal concerns and potential impact of poor budget execution. At the end of this Online Training (OLT) course, you should be able to describe the apportionment process (including rules for deferral and rescission), describe the funds execution process and laws that govern it, identify the purposes and contents of obligation and expenditure plans, and identify rules for reprogramming.
