Description
Based on DoDI 5000.75, Business Systems requirements and Acquisition, this Online Training (OLT) course provides an introduction to Defense Business Systems (DBS) and the policies for the use of the business capability acquisition cycle (BCAC). It includes an explanation of the implementation of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996, Title 40. U.S. Code 40 U.S.C. 1401 et seq. Public. Law. 104-106, and describes the BCAC roles needed to implement the DoDI 5000.75 as well as how you need to tailor your acquisition and implementation of a DBS.
