This course is restricted to DCMA students only.

This Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) course has a 6-week, instructor facilitated online period preceding a 5-day virtual instructor led training period providing reduction-to-practice training on the competencies needed for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 1910s to perform their job responsibilities at their desk or on the shop floor consistent with DCMA Quality Assurance (QA) policies. Students should be aware that CMQ 101 was developed for DCMA and uses DCMA document templates. Class instruction concentrates upon FAR, DFARs or common principles which apply across all services.

Additional Information:
  • This course has a 6-week, instructor facilitated online period preceding a 5-day virtual instructor led training period. As part of this 6-week online period, students are required to participate in and complete virtual coursework that is integral to the final course grade. It is anticipated that the virtual coursework will take approximately 8 hours per week to complete. Additional information will be provided by the instructor in the welcome messaging for each course offering.
  • Virtual classes are conducted via MS Teams.
  • All times are in the local time zone of the DAU region assigned to teach the offering.
  • Students are required to test connectivity with DAU IT prior to the class start date.
  • DAU does not reimburse student phone/internet charges.
  • The CLPs assigned to this learning activity may be used to meet professional certification and/or licensure requirements (PDUs/CPE credits).
